For children like Kate, access to medical care has been life changing. Kate has dreams of becoming a teacher, however in 2019, she noticed a lump on her neck. The lump became so large and painful, that Kate couldn't attend school.
Ugandan health care is often expensive and unsafe. Kate's family were afraid and struggling financially, so they reached out to us.
We responded straight away and helped Kate get the operation she needed. The growth was removed and Kate made a complete recovery. Now, Kate attends school and is working toward finishing her exams.
At Kampala Children's Centre, we are working to provide quality medical care to children in need. Today, children like Kate are living with hope and a bright future
